Mr V L Ndlovu

Vuli is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the University of Zimbabwe. He is a past President and council member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe. Vuli is a former Managing Director of BancABC Zimbabwe and of Lufuno Capital Partners, where he worked on private equity and consulting assignments in Africa and worked with Small Enterprise Assistance Funds (SEAF) in promoting the SEAF Global Vintage Flexible Fund. He is a former partner at KPMG Zimbabwe, where he started the KPMG Corporate Finance practice in Zimbabwe in 1997. He was appointed the Board Chairman for Medical Investments Limited in May 2023.

Tapuwa Mazanhi

Tapuwa is a Chartered Accountant and holds a BCom (Accounting) degree from Rhodes University and a BCompt (Honors) (CTA) from UNISA. She completed her articles of clerkship with Moore Stephens Chartered Accountants (South Africa) prior to joining PricewaterhouseCoopers (Zimbabwe) in 2012.

She has experience in finance, financial reporting, strategy formulation, audit, risk management and governance spanning across various industries in Zimbabwe, South Africa and the United States of America. Tapuwa is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe’s Accounting Procedures Committee and Mashonaland Society Committee and was appointed to the Medical Investments Limited Board in May 2023.

Mr N A Frost

Nigel is a Chartered Accountant (Zimbabwe). He is currently the Group Finance & Operations Director for Africa Albida Tourism Group. He began his career in 1988 at Pim Goldby Harare (Subsequently Touche Ross Harare), where he completed his articles of clerkship. He rose to the position of Audit Partner for Deloitte and Touche-Southern Africa based in the Harare office between 1997 to 1999. In 2000 he became Finance Director of Karina (Private) Limited, before being appointed its Chief Executive Officer in 2001 and served in that position until 2008 when he joined Africa Albida Tourism Group as Finance Director.

In 2015 he was appointed as Chief Finance and Operations Officer of the group and during this period he also served as a Non-Executive Director on the board of Old Mutual Life Company Limited where he fought to protect the interests of policy holders. He also sat on the Group Audit and Risk Committee of the Old Mutual Zimbabwe Limited Group. He is also a non-executive Board Member for Cimas Health Group and was appointed to the Medical Investments Limited Board in May 2023.

Dr Nyasha Masuka

Nyasha was appointed Group Chief Medical Officer effective 1 June 2021. He was previously a Special Services Assignment Consultant responsible for Health Governance and Financing for the Zimbabwe WHO country office after serving in the Ministry of Health and Child Care as Chief Executive Officer for Sally Mugabe central hospital, Provincial Medical Director Matebeleland North province and District Medical Officer for Beitbridge district.

Nyasha is a Specialist Community Physician and Health Systems Consultant and holds Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degrees from the University of Zimbabwe, a Diploma in HIV Management from the Colleges of Medicine of South Africa and Master of Science in Public Health-Health Systems Management and Policy from the Prince Leopold Institute of Tropical Medicine in Antwerp in Belgium. He has experience working in the Zimbabwean health system at all levels and doing consultancies for various international organisations such as WHO, World Bank and UNFPA. Nyasha is a member of the Zimbabwe College of Public Health Physicians and was appointed to the Medical Investments Limited Board in May 2023.
