Private Ward

This an exclusive unit designed for our executive clientele who want to receive high end and private service whilst admitted.

Our private ward is situated on the 2nd floor East wing and has eight (8) single rooms, all en-suite.

They are equipped with comfortable adjustable beds and have a mini lounge with DSTV and a refrigerator. Visiting time is open from 7:00am to 7:00pm. In order to ensure a relaxing atmosphere for our patients, children under the age of 12 are not allowed in the private ward. The unit is run by a clinical matron, sister in charge as well as senior sisters, junior sisters, nurse aides and housekeepers.

The Private Ward offers a home-like environment with exclusive soft furnishings, privacy and has a nurse to patient ratio of 1:4.All rooms on this floor are equipped with clinical alert and notification systems which only need the pressing of a button for the nurses’ attention throughout the day. Meals for this ward are served according to the patient’s taste and our kitchen is always ready and happy to cater to the specific needs as presented by the patient.
